Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Resource Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage staffing logistics for clients, ensuring efficient fulfillment of staffing requests
• Maintain current staffing plans, roles, and rates based on client and internal needs
• Track and analyze supply and demand data, providing recommendations to leadership

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in sourcing/deploying internal resourcing within a Media Advertising Agency
• Strong G Suite and advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Vlookups
• Proven track record of establishing strong relationships with internal teams
• Ability to provide accurate reporting to maintain supply and demand balance
• Experience in improving internal operations and working collaboratively across teams
