Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business or pharmacy; pharmacy degree or MBA preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in various departmental functions, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Knowledge of accreditation and certification requirements in pharmacy operations
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities
• Experience in strategic and analytical thinking
