Closing Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Closing Coordinator (Wholesale).

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review loan and legal documents for accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate communication among clients, brokers, lenders, and attorneys throughout the closing process
• Manage closing schedules and address any issues that arise during closings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 2+ years of mortgage loan closing experience
• Knowledge of various mortgage loan types, including FHA and VA
• Recent experience with Debt Service Coverage Ratios (DSCR)
• Ability to work productively from home in a fast-paced environment
