Senior Director of Duals Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Duals Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee health insurance operations programs focused on Duals, including billing, enrollment, and customer service
• Develop and monitor service levels to ensure compliance with state, federal, and company standards
• Initiate and manage ongoing projects related to process improvement and membership initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of business operations and systems integration experience
• Previous management experience in hiring, training, and performance management
• Health insurance and program management experience preferred
• Extensive experience with Medicare and Medicaid operations, with Duals program experience highly preferred
