Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Client Operations Manager with project creation, fieldwork monitoring, report writing, and client invoicing
- Organize travel arrangements and manage Executive Leadership calendars
- Support client meetings and maintain office and meeting room supplies
Required Qualifications
- High School Degree or GED required
- Up to 5 years of experience in an administrative position
- Able to handle confidential matters with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Ability to lift and carry light objects
