Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Client Operations Manager with project creation, fieldwork monitoring, report writing, and client invoicing
  • Organize travel arrangements and manage Executive Leadership calendars
  • Support client meetings and maintain office and meeting room supplies
Required Qualifications
  • High School Degree or GED required
  • Up to 5 years of experience in an administrative position
  • Able to handle confidential matters with discretion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Ability to lift and carry light objects
