Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Trading and Asset Optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of energy traders in various ISOs, focusing on CAISO and ERCOT
• Innovate product structuring and solutions for short-term and long-term energy markets
• Implement a hedging program and manage market fundamental analysis

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in business development, market analysis, or energy derivatives trading
• B.S. in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required
• MBA is a plus
• Prior exposure to battery storage facilities and operations preferred
• Thorough knowledge of the CAISO market; ERCOT experience is a plus
