Practice Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Practice Manager to oversee operational leadership and customer satisfaction for hospital-based physician groups via teleradiology.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate compliance, licensing, credentialing, CME tracking, onboarding, and payroll processes for radiologists
• Support practice leadership through meeting preparation, documentation, and communication of key initiatives
• Manage practice operations, including budgeting and ensuring strong client service levels

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of management, healthcare administration, or radiology experience (radiology/teleradiology preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly strong Excel skills for reporting
• Experience working directly with physicians
• Knowledge of customer relationship management and healthcare operations
