AI Policy Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Policy Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Project Management team in executing new project implementations and define end-to-end strategies
• Facilitate the flow of policy information between Meta and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and resource availability
• Monitor trends in policy application, provide proactive solutions, and collaborate with Training and Quality teams for consistent policy enforcement

Required Qualifications

• Experience in an Operations environment, preferably in an international setting
• Good knowledge of quality/training processes and policy enforcement
• High energy, drive, enthusiasm, and commitment
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional groups to achieve results
• Fluency in English; knowledge of another key language is preferred
