Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and implementation of revenue cycle analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue cycle management processes
• Manage and mentor a team of revenue cycle analysts to ensure high-quality data analysis and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in revenue cycle analytics, healthcare finance, or data analysis
• Experience with revenue cycle management systems, business intelligence tools, and data visualization platforms
• 1-2 years of experience in SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or other analytics tools
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in revenue cycle metrics
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management abilities
