Key Responsibilities

• Operate manual, automatic, and semi-automatic microelectronics assembly equipment
• Perform inspections of die and packages to Military and JEDEC standards using high- and low-power microscopes
• Maintain well-organized and audit-ready work areas

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in electronics or semiconductor assembly helpful
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Stable work history and commitment to quality
