A company is looking for an Operations Process Coordinator to manage clinical document processing and support operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process incoming and outgoing labs, lab orders, and medical records accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with clinical and support teams to execute manual clinical processes and improve standard operating procedures
  • Monitor discrepancies in medical records and escalate issues to leadership as needed
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in technology and operations with accountability for manual processes
  • Prior experience with tools such as Zendesk, Google Sheets, Jira, and Confluence
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a remote environment
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude towards task execution
  • Experience following complex instructions with high accuracy and speed
