Key Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a Capacity Demand Model (CDM) for managing radiologist schedules
• Tracks performance metrics and assists management in compiling reports
• Educates clinicians on scheduling protocols and guidelines while maintaining strong relationships

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 4 years of equivalent experience
• 3 years of scheduling or related experience required
• Experience analyzing complex scheduling or workforce management situations
• Proficient in MS Office products
• 1 year of experience in a scheduling system
