Key Responsibilities

• Enable W2 clinicians by managing access, updating training materials, and organizing clinical content
• Assist in vendor management, tracking performance metrics, and evaluating new vendor solutions for operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations or program management experience, preferably in healthcare
• Experience hiring contractors or managing distributed workforces
• Proficiency with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, and project management systems
• Ability to work cross-functionally with clinicians and operations teams
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
