Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee internal system developments and manage AI tool adoption initiatives
• Coordinate internal hiring and manage HR functions focusing on team engagement and development

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategic operations, consulting, or chief of staff roles
• Proven track record in managing cross-functional projects and driving organizational change
• Experience with stakeholder management and influencing without direct authority
• Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and performance measurement
• Interest in or understanding of the AI safety, alignment, and governance landscape
