• Partner with business units to define transformation priorities and identify cost-out and efficiency opportunities
• Structure complex business challenges into actionable strategies and value capture plans
• Design and implement governance frameworks to ensure initiative accountability and transparency

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; Master's or MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in strategy consulting, transformation leadership, or enterprise program management
• 3+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams
• Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and drive structured problem solving
• Experience designing governance frameworks and managing complex portfolios
