Content Licensing Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Content Licensing Associate to support their Content Licensing team on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Support relationship management with third-party content and market data vendors
• Assist with content licensing processes including purchase requisition preparation and billing verification
• Collaborate with finance and operations to ensure accurate vendor payments and maintain internal records

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in business operations, vendor management, licensing, or procurement
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• Familiarity with financial markets and/or content licensing is a plus
• Experience working in media, financial services, or content licensing environments preferred
• Understanding of contract administration or vendor onboarding processes preferred
