Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Specialist to be the CEO's primary operating partner, focusing on driving scalable growth through effective operational systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Run daily/weekly operating cadence and maintain visibility into capacity and delivery health
• Lead weekly cross-functional meetings and oversee portfolio governance in ClickUp
• Present monthly operating reviews and sponsor continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5 - 10+ years of experience in agency/consulting/SaaS operations with P&L impact
• Expertise in Scalable, ClickUp, and Go High Level (GHL) systems
• Advanced skills in data integrations and KPI architecture
• High emotional intelligence and strong stakeholder management abilities
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
