EDI Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EDI - Operations Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure files on the EDI platform to meet client and carrier deliverables
• Test new and existing file transmissions for accuracy and troubleshoot client inquiries
• Assist with QA testing, production verification, and provide status updates on projects

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience
• Current or previous experience with benefits and/or implementation processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of MS Office products
• Basic understanding of Microsoft SQL Server
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
