RCM Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RCM Supervisor (Patient Accounts).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the RCM team, including mentoring, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
• Manage employee schedules, timecards, and adherence to attendance policies
• Research and update RCM policies and resolve revenue-related disputes

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree in business management or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of lead or supervisory experience
• 3+ years of billing experience, preferably in healthcare
• Experience with electronic health records, preferably NextGen
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
