Job Summary
A company is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant - Enterprise Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex meetings across multiple time zones, including scheduling and agenda preparation
- Manage senior leaders' calendars and arrange domestic and international travel
- Process expense reports, route contracts for signature, and support project coordination and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Broad practical knowledge of operational systems and practices, typically gained through extensive experience and/or education
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience providing executive-level administrative support
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
