Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Analyst to ensure financial and operational processes run smoothly for state and local transportation clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and audit weekly time and project data for accuracy and completeness
• Support the preparation and reconciliation of monthly invoices and maintain accurate project assignments
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports to provide leadership with insights into key performance metrics

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years in business operations, finance operations, or professional services operations
• Strong quantitative skills with the ability to reconcile data and identify patterns
• Proficient with spreadsheets and basic BI/reporting tools
• Working knowledge of core accounting concepts including invoicing and reconciliations
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or equivalent practical experience
