Job Summary
A company is looking for an Underwriting Technician to support their National Accounts Property Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Process new and renewal insurance applications accurately and timely
- Assist underwriters by communicating with agencies and managing routine underwriting tasks
- Perform data entry, issue policies, and handle cancellations and reissues as requested
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; some college preferred
- Minimum of three years of related work experience in an office environment
- Knowledge of policy processing procedures and applicable insurance products
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software
- Ability to work independently on multiple tasks
