Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Transformation & Operational Effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the operating rhythm and establish a unified cadence for planning and reviews
• Manage the company initiative portfolio, ensuring accountability and tracking initiative health
• Lead cross-functional programs to translate strategy into execution and drive organizational change

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in transformation, portfolio management, or cross-functional programs in SaaS/technology
• Proven success in managing execution across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Operations in mid-sized companies
• Strong planning and change management skills from initiative inception to sustainment
• Experience with project/portfolio management tools and basic SQL/BI knowledge is a plus
• Preferred experience in AI-enabled product environments or PE-backed transformations
