A company is looking for a Manager of Medicare Complaints Operations - Business Insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee support operations for the Medicare Complaints Department and manage the quality of the Online Monitoring Tool (OMT)
- Generate and distribute regular reports on OMT metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Plan and monitor internal projects, ensuring timely delivery within specifications and budget
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in a data warehouse environment and working with large data sets
- 2+ years of experience with Medicare Advantage products
- Proficient in using QuickBase and creating materials for a Senior Leadership audience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
