Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Medicare Complaints Operations - Business Insight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee support operations for the Medicare Complaints Department and manage the quality of the Online Monitoring Tool (OMT)
  • Generate and distribute regular reports on OMT metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Plan and monitor internal projects, ensuring timely delivery within specifications and budget


Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years' experience in a data warehouse environment and working with large data sets
  • 2+ years of experience with Medicare Advantage products
  • Proficient in using QuickBase and creating materials for a Senior Leadership audience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
