Carrier Access Planner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Wholesale Carrier Access Planner.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily off-net bids, negotiate with carriers, and provide quotes to sales
• Identify process improvements and build efficiencies to enhance response times
• Develop relationships with partners and track performance metrics for discussions

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience in telecommunications carrier relations and business development
• Experience in negotiating Master Service Agreements (MSA) or Service Level Agreements (SLA)
• Ability to conduct market research and analysis
• Experience in preparing service orders and ensuring accuracy
