Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Associate, Customer Success Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop an advanced understanding of applications and resolve complex customer issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Act as an escalation point for complex support issues triaged by support analysts
- Document and train the Customer Success team on new or updated processes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer service or project management, preferably in healthcare technology or SaaS
- 3+ years of experience in creating and optimizing standard operational procedures
- Strong experience in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving using SQL
- Experience with clinical documentation improvement software or related healthcare applications
- Experience in a startup or healthcare company
