Remote Worklist Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part Time Worklist Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage workflow across multiple Clario worklists, balancing radiologist capacity versus demand
• Activate the Rapid Response Team when additional support is needed and manage radiologist scheduling logistics
• Respond to CORE and radiologist requests, escalate technical issues, and participate in team meetings to adjust workflow practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related or information technology field (preferred)
• 4+ years of relevant job experience, ideally in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or medical billing
• Proficiency with Clario, PowerScribe, and Intellirad (preferred)
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
