Demand Forecasting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Demand Forecasting Manager to develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for production planning and procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term demand forecasts based on various data sources
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input on orders, product changes, and customer requirements
• Use statistical models and analytics tools to enhance forecast accuracy and support capacity planning

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred
• 5+ years of experience in demand forecasting, ideally in a custom or engineer-to-order manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI Visualization Tools; Python knowledge is a plus
• Understanding of supply chain principles and capacity planning
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
