Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facilities Support Manager to oversee multi-site facilities management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize work orders, providing troubleshooting support to on-site staff
• Source and onboard regional vendors while ensuring compliance and maintaining strong relationships
• Oversee execution of capital projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align facilities strategy with company goals

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in multi-site facilities management, preferably in veterinary, hospitality, retail, or pet care sectors
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and construction trades
• Experience managing vendor networks and project bids
• Proficient with work order platforms and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Comfortable with light travel (10-20%) and remote support across time zones
