A company is looking for a US Field Administration Specialist to support administrative needs in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-departmental partnerships to address administrative needs and evaluate operational standards
- Create and maintain training resources and documentation for area offices
- Foster alignment and information sharing to support area offices and participate in assigned projects
Qualifications & Education
- High school degree required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required
- Proven training capability
- Experience with Young Life systems and administration preferred
- Familiarity with local area Young Life office preferred
