Job Summary

A company is looking for a US Field Administration Specialist to support administrative needs in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate cross-departmental partnerships to address administrative needs and evaluate operational standards
  • Create and maintain training resources and documentation for area offices
  • Foster alignment and information sharing to support area offices and participate in assigned projects
Qualifications & Education
  • High school degree required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required
  • Proven training capability
  • Experience with Young Life systems and administration preferred
  • Familiarity with local area Young Life office preferred
