Field Performance Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Field Performance Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned service partners or branches
• Lead program-based projects and drive initiatives to increase revenue or decrease operational costs
• Resolve field service escalations and manage partner relationships through training and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical area or significant related experience required
• Minimum of 1 - 3 years relevant work experience, preferably in partner or project management
• Residential solar experience preferred
• Strong experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
