Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate registration and financial counseling, adhering to regulatory guidelines
  • Conduct denial analysis and collaborate with various departments to improve patient access systems and revenue cycle operations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Three years of progressive managerial experience, with at least two years in healthcare revenue cycle management
  • Knowledge of Patient Access and Revenue Cycle processes
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
