A company is looking for a Manager of Patient Access Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team to coordinate financial clearance activities, including pre-registration, referrals, and authorizations
- Ensure timely and accurate registration and financial counseling, adhering to regulatory guidelines
- Conduct denial analysis and collaborate with various departments to improve patient access systems and revenue cycle operations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Three years of progressive managerial experience, with at least two years in healthcare revenue cycle management
- Knowledge of Patient Access and Revenue Cycle processes
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
