A company is looking for a Back Office Analyst (FLS) to perform property due diligence and compile reports for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform property due diligence using various online resources
• Compile reports and communicate findings to clients
• Ensure compliance with state requirements and assist in processing permits

Required Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent
• Experience in real estate or construction in the USA
• Advanced level of English reading and writing (B2/C1)
• Ability to work during Colombian holidays to match US schedule
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment
