Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships to ensure delivery quality and timeliness
- Develop and maintain strategic and operational relationships with clients
- Lead meetings and consultations, advocating for client needs throughout the product lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of direct client and/or associate/analyst experience preferred
- Configuration experience is required
- 4+ years of project management experience
- Solid technical background and proficiency in Excel
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience
