Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct multi-functional team members in training, development, and work production
- Meet operational standards by contributing to strategic plans, resolving problems, and implementing system improvements
- Prepare performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years of related professional experience with demonstrated leadership skills
- Proficiency in the service, claims, or enrollment & billing area
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
- Knowledge of call center operations and claims/enrollment workflows
