Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in network operations with responsibilities including outage resolution and change management
• Technical understanding of passive optical networks and MAN IP networks
• Experience managing large cross-functional projects and vendor management
• Experience using data analytics to drive improvements
• Strong analytical and financial skills
