Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various teams to resolve order issues and ensure seamless operations
• Assist in customer service by addressing escalated order issues and providing training on E-Commerce policies

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in E-Commerce, Order Management, or related operational roles preferred
• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work-related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience analyzing large data sets and utilizing data tools
• Ability to manage tasks and prioritize based on customer needs
