Global Study Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Study Operations Supervisor to lead the SMART Database Loading team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations and manage resource allocation for project execution
• Grow and develop team members, establishing performance objectives and conducting evaluations
• Ensure customer commitments are met, applying best practices in project management and service excellence

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• At least 1 year of leadership experience
• Knowledge or experience in technical design and/or internal applications (e.g., SMART, Study Definition, Zavacor)
• Minimum required: High School Diploma; preferred: University Degree
