Revenue Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Associate to support their growing team in the lease-to-own industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day HubSpot CRM management and ensure data accuracy
• Support sales and account management teams with onboarding and troubleshooting
• Monitor and track key revenue metrics and assist in revenue forecasting

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in HubSpot CRM or business operations (entry-level welcome)
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM, Marketing, or Sales Hub
• Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets; exposure to reporting or BI tools is a plus
• Detail-oriented with an interest in data accuracy and process improvement
• Interest in consumer finance, fintech, or lease-to-own industry is highly desirable
