Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Manager / Functional Leader - Life Policy Holder Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives and manage daily operations for efficiency and compliance
• Supervise and mentor a team of managers, senior analysts, and analysts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and streamline business processes

Required Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in the life insurance industry managing policy holder services
• Experience leading life insurance TPA companies or life insurance companies
• Proven ability to manage a team of 200+ FTEs in policy holder services
• Experience with policy administration systems conversion and servicing restricted policies
• Advanced degree in a relevant field or relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) are a plus
