Principal Analyst, Operational Excellence

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Analyst, Operational Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver multiple concurrent projects/programs focused on business process design and improvement
• Support initiatives in requirements definition, documentation, process development, and training
• Lead problem-solving efforts and implement solutions to address operational deficiencies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Health Care, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred
• Seven years of health plan operations experience
• Formal training in Lean and Six Sigma performance improvement methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification)
• Working knowledge of project management disciplines and methods
• Excellent knowledge of software packages including Visio, Minitab, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
