Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Repairs to oversee a multi-national team of repair coordinators and manage residential repair projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a remote team of Repair Coordinators across multiple time zones
• Oversee the repair process lifecycle, including vendor coordination, scheduling, and budget management
• Monitor repair pipelines, enforce SOPs, and ensure timely communication and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing teams in real estate, property management, or construction
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in property management or residential repair coordination
• Deep understanding of residential construction methods across various U.S. regions
• Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce and construction management platforms
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
