SBA Closing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an SBA Closing Specialist in CBG Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the loan processing and closing process for SBA loans, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant
• Coordinate communications between borrowers, internal staff, and third-party vendors throughout the closing process
• Monitor loan packages for potential risks and ensure post-closing activities are properly administered

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Six years of SBA closing experience or equivalent work experience
• Advanced knowledge of commercial credit, loan closing, and legal documentation
• Expertise in reviewing relevant documentation such as insurance, title work, and appraisals
• Experience with commercial loan systems and Microsoft Office applications
