Key Responsibilities
- Lead U.S. operations, overseeing growth, execution, client delivery, and stakeholder alignment
- Translate product roadmap into U.S. go-to-market execution, prioritizing agent scaling and ensuring regulatory readiness
- Serve as a liaison between engineering and U.S. customers, managing escalations and negotiating enterprise contracts
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in U.S. Enterprise SaaS operations at a leadership level in a hyper-growth AI/SaaS company
- Full P&L ownership with strong financial acumen for managing revenue targets and budgeting
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional execution and launching go-to-market initiatives
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity with a track record of delivering under uncertainty
- Experience in scaling products and improving retention or adoption metrics in relevant environments
