Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Demand Planning process and develop demand forecasts at multiple levels
• Analyze forecast error rates and implement action plans for continuous improvement
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to refine forecasts and communicate changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 7 years of experience in Demand Planning, Product Management, or Supply Chain
• Experience in planning, statistics, or data analytics
• Proficiency in Demand Planning Systems, preferably Demand Works
• Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge
