Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President, Single Point of Contact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) team to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient mortgage servicing operations
- Enhance borrower satisfaction by providing dedicated support and improving understanding of loss mitigation processes
- Optimize SPOC effectiveness and maintain accurate documentation while identifying and escalating borrower issues as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field required
- 7+ years of experience managing large teams and cross-functional departments
- 10+ years of experience in mortgage servicing or financial services, particularly in loss mitigation and regulatory compliance
- Knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations applicable to mortgage and consumer lending
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a multi-functional staff in a dynamic environment
