Job Summary
A company is looking for a Personal Lines Service Manager (Middle Market/West Region).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage operational activities of the Personal Lines Services team, including performance management and team oversight
- Provide training, coaching, and establish career paths for team members while promoting account retention and cross-sell opportunities
- Monitor compliance with profit and growth objectives and ensure timely renewal of policies through quality control and reporting
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Personal Property & Casualty Insurance with a comprehensive understanding of relevant coverages and concepts
- High School Graduate; a college degree is preferred
- Prior managerial experience is required
- Must hold or obtain a state Property & Casualty insurance license within an agreed timeframe
- In-depth knowledge of agency management systems and related processes
