Property & Casualty Service Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Personal Lines Service Manager (Middle Market/West Region).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage operational activities of the Personal Lines Services team, including performance management and team oversight
• Provide training, coaching, and establish career paths for team members while promoting account retention and cross-sell opportunities
• Monitor compliance with profit and growth objectives and ensure timely renewal of policies through quality control and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Personal Property & Casualty Insurance with a comprehensive understanding of relevant coverages and concepts
• High School Graduate; a college degree is preferred
• Prior managerial experience is required
• Must hold or obtain a state Property & Casualty insurance license within an agreed timeframe
• In-depth knowledge of agency management systems and related processes
