Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in real estate operations, finance, or reporting
- Demonstrated ability to lead within a matrixed global organization
- Strong financial and business analysis skills with a proven track record in reporting
- Broad understanding of real estate, construction, and facilities lifecycle
