Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in real estate operations, finance, or reporting
• Demonstrated ability to lead within a matrixed global organization
• Strong financial and business analysis skills with a proven track record in reporting
• Broad understanding of real estate, construction, and facilities lifecycle
