Senior Loan Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Loan Coordinator (TPO).

Key Responsibilities

• Work with mortgage brokers to obtain necessary documentation for mortgage loan approval
• Manage an average pipeline of 65 loans and ensure compliance with regulations
• Maintain communication with all parties involved in the loan process throughout its lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of processing experience with Government, Conventional, and DU/LP loans
• General knowledge of mortgage products and processes
• Knowledge of RESPA requirements and Loan Estimate preparation
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite and Encompass Loan Origination system is preferred
