Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Operations Associate to support payment processing and management for its health technology platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Process payments according to prompt pay timelines and contractual obligations
• Maintain payment workflows and provide customer service for payment inquiries
• Assist in client onboarding and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a medical payments vendor, health plan, or TPA
• Knowledge of 837 and 835 EDI files and payment regulations
• Experience with claims processing and adjudication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptable to various software tools
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
